Shipping & Delivery
All shipping will be done using United
States Postal Service (USPS). Customer will be able to select their shipping method of choice
during checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the destination of
the order and by the shipping method of your choice after entering your
ship to address. All orders will be processed in the order in which they
are received. ZinkColor is located in a share warehouse, therefore
absolutely no pickup in-person allowed due to security concerns.
Please note that orders with multiple items can be shipped in separate
boxes, with no additional shipping charges. Packages will either come
from our Los Angeles warehouse or our amazon fullfillment center, depending on

Processing time can take up to 1-2
business days for California warehouse, up to 4 days (up to 10 days for
holiday season) for orders shipping out of Amazon fullfillment center. All shipping time
frame do not include weekends or holidays.

Express Mail: 1-2 business days.

Canceling an order
Orders can only cancel
if the order has not been shipped. Once the item has shipped, you can
return it back to us within 30 days of receiving for a refund.
Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel your order once it has
been placed. We will be able to cancel the order if the order is not
marked as shipped.

Returns & Replacements
All products sold by zinkcolor.com offer a 30 day satisfaction
guarantee unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated upon receipt by our return department.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - All returns are subject to the following:
* A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number
within our return policy period. zinkcolor.com will not accept
returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on
sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return merchandise
must be sent by customer. Please include display the RMA number
prominently on your package .
* All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are
capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the
product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will
be accepted by zinkcolor.com.
o All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (with the exception of our errors) Shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
* All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company,
not to zinkcolor.com, therefore all shipping fees are
* Physical Damages to any product will void the product's eligibility for return

From the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All
credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please
note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your
credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit
card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit
the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

Refunds and Credits
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within seven full business days of our receiving your returned
product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding
federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are not
refundable under normal circumstances. As described, all our products are backed by our 30 days Satisfaction Guarantee .
